COVID-19 Update
It has been a long and difficult few months and we know that many people have missed visiting Uig during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Uig community is beginning to emerge from lockdown and businesses are deciding how and when to open over the coming weeks and months. Like many of the island communities we are looking to balance the care of our neighbours whilst also supporting local businesses.
Before you travel to Uig please note that the following:

A number of self-catering accommodation businesses will be opening from the 15th July 2020, however, some traditional B&B and Air B&B providers have decided to remain closed for the time being.
Please plan ahead to avoid disappointment. If you are at all unsure, we ask that you phone to check before making the trip to Uig.
